How to Order Your Personalised Memory Bear

Select your preferred bear style and size, then consider any embroidery, clothing or personal details you would like included.
2. Complete the Online Order Form
Tell me about the occasion, the clothing you would like to use and any important design requests. Include names, dates or embroidery exactly as you would like them to appear.
3. Prepare Your Clothing and Printed Form
Make sure all garments are clean and completely dry. Download and complete the Keepsake Order Form, then place one printed copy inside the parcel with your clothing.
4. Send Your Parcel
Package everything securely and follow the provided sending instructions. A tracked postal service is recommended so that you can follow your parcel.
5. Your Memory Bear Is Handmade
Your clothing will be checked, carefully planned and transformed into a unique keepsake. Once finished, your memory bear will be securely packaged and returned using the agreed delivery method.

Yes. Machine embroidery can be used to add names, dates or a short message. Please provide the wording exactly as you would like it to appear, including spelling and capital letters. Embroidery is available as a paid personalisation option.
Can original details from the clothing be preserved?
Where the design and fabric allow, meaningful features such as pockets, buttons, labels, logos and existing embroidery can be carefully positioned on the finished bear. Please identify any details that are especially important to you.
Do you deliver memory bears across the UK?
Yes. Memory bears can be delivered throughout the UK using Royal Mail. Shipping for a single item is £8. Orders containing multiple items may cost more to post because of the parcel’s additional size and weight.
